Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a Support Services Supervisor - Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer-focused services across the site, meeting the needs of patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality catering and cleaning services across the site.
  • Effectively manage services and teams to maintain a high-quality service.
  • Assist with administrating payroll and maintaining personnel records.
  • Deliver the highest possible standard of food service and environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Assist the Manager in menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
  • Manage and deliver effective and efficient services, meeting contractual obligations and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge and experience of a similar function.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good work ethics and progressive thinking.
  • Relevant craft skills and qualifications - Food Safety Level 3, IOSHH, or similar.
  • Proven experience of leading a team within a comparable service environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, colleagues, and clients.
  • Understanding of relevant Health and Safety, Employment, and other legislative requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards.
  • Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
