Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the care team to ensure smooth running of the home
- Assist residents with daily living activities, prioritizing dignity and independence
- Oversee medication management, including ordering, administration, and documentation
- Foster effective communication with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members
- Develop a team ethos, promoting a supportive environment for all staff
Requirements:
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
- Practical Medication Administration with competencies required
- Leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team
- Compassionate nature, kind, caring, and committed to person-centred care
