  • Foster effective communication with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and team members
  • Develop a team ethos, promoting a supportive environment for all staff

Requirements:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential
  • Practical Medication Administration with competencies required
  • Leadership skills, ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Compassionate nature, kind, caring, and committed to person-centred care
