Baal-Perazim Care Services Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality care services to our service users. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Care Manager to join our team.
As a registered manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory body requirements, and promoting a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for service users and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of service delivery, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strong leadership to the staff team, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9 or equivalent BA (Hons) Social Work or relevant Health and Care Professional qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the care sector.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines governing care services in Scotland.
- Competency in IT systems and software relevant to care management.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
