This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant at HC One. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. You will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through various social and recreational activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including free uniform, meal allowance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
