Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Adult Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to our service users, working closely with them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and carers
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual care and support needs
  • Creating and implementing person-centred care plans that promote independence and well-being
  • Providing practical and emotional support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour rising to £12.64 with length of service and qualifications, as well as additional benefits including:

  • Access to fully funded SVQ training after initial assessment period
  • 32 days annual leave, rising to 42 days after 5 years
  • 4% employer contributory pension
