Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at The University of Edinburgh's Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies/Hospital for Small Animals. As a key member of our Vet Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative and operational support across our veterinary hospital.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting part-time (30 hours per week) 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to work with us. You will be part of a diverse and vibrant international community and will have the chance to work with a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver administrative and operational support services to our veterinary hospital
- Manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Maintain accurate records and reports
The salary for this role is estimated to be between £40,247-£47,874 per annum (pro rata for part-time). Requirements- Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent level
- Extensive experience in customer-facing management roles
