Job Title: RVP of Sales - UK/I

BigID is seeking an experienced RVP of Sales - UK/I to lead our sales team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
