RVP of Sales

BigID is seeking an experienced RVP of Sales - UK/I to lead our sales team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
