RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads

Mirakl is seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead the expansion of our retail media activities in EMEA. As the RVP Sales EMEA, you will lead a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among both new and existing customers, shaping our corporate sales strategy and driving its execution.
Your Impact:- Build, lead, and motivate a talented sales team to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute a local go-to-market strategy aligned with Mirakl's objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and increasing visibility for Mirakl Ads in the eCommerce and Retail Media sector.
- Provide sales guidance and support to Account Executives, ensuring seamless customer interactions and driving revenue growth.
- 10+ years of proven success in software sales, with a strong background in retail media and sales leadership.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in French and English.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
