Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in the UK & Nordics regions.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry, and a proven track record of success in Retail Media.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing a go-to-market sales strategy, pursuing Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads, and overseeing the entire sales cycle.

You will gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and effectively communicate key KPIs to attract and grow partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a go-to-market sales strategy in alignment with quarterly objectives
  • Pursuing Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads
  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing
  • Gaining thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions and communicating key KPIs
  • Establishing yourself as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector
  • Collaborating with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships within prospect organisations
  • Driving revenue through new customer acquisition using a solution-selling approach
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM
  • Taking responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with a preference for 4+ years in the software industry
  • Some experience managing a sales team successfully
  • Essential experience in Retail Media
  • A BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms
  • In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends
  • Proficiency in business sales situations requiring demonstration of ROI
  • Proven work ethic with a track record of consistent over-achievement
  • Robust negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with a sales quota
  • Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in English
