Your Impact:

Mirakl is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead and elevate our product marketing efforts. This role will be crucial in driving the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, analyst relations, and overall marketing success of our multi-product suite of solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, with a deep understanding of SaaS and eCommerce dynamics, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with product, sales, and customer success teams as well as leading high-performing product marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the global product marketing strategy aligned with Mirakl's business objectives and growth targets.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, customer success, and growth and corporate marketing to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  4. Define and manage the go-to-market strategy for all Mirakl products, ensuring successful product launches and sustained market growth.
  5. Craft clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives market demand.
  6. Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy to enhance Mirakl's visibility and reputation in the market globally.
  7. Partner with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and eCommerce dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.

*** The ideal candidate for this position would be based in one of our offices and adhere to our hybrid work policy, which entails spending 3 days in the office and choosing 2 days per week to work from home.***
