Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to lead our top-grossing mobile game to even greater success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the game, ensuring that we maximize relevant KPIs and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the game's strategic vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of talented individuals, inspiring and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project managers to execute the game's roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Drive the team to focus on key metrics and KPIs, ensuring that we are always optimizing for success.
  • Prioritize tasks and roadmap to ensure that the strategy is being executed in the most timely manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Product Director or similar role.
  • B2C mobile experience, with a strong understanding of the gaming market.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A creative mindset and ability to bring ideas to life.
