About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead our mobile games team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our top-grossing mobile game, driving growth and revenue through innovative features and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of product managers, marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality features and experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and optimize game performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform product strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Director or equivalent role in a mobile gaming company.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
