About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead our mobile games team and drive the strategic direction of one of our top-grossing F2P mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for the game, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead a team of product, marketing, and project managers to execute the strategy and drive game growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions and optimize game performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Director or equivalent role in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming market trends, player behavior, and monetization strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
