About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to lead our mobile gaming team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our top-grossing mobile game, ensuring its continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the game's strategic vision, driving revenue growth and maximizing KPIs.
  • Lead a team of talented individuals, inspiring and mentoring them to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in game development.
  • Monitor and analyze game performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions.
  • Prioritize tasks and roadmap to ensure timely execution of the strategy.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Proven experience as a Product Director or equivalent role in the gaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box, driving innovation and excellence in game development.
