Mirakl is the global leader in platform business innovation, driving significant growth and efficiency in online businesses through its cutting-edge technology.

The company has empowered 400+ industry-leading businesses worldwide since 2012, including Macy's, Decathlon, Kroger, Airbus, Toyota Material Handling, and Sonepar. In November 2022, Mirakl launched Mirakl Ads, an innovative retail media solution that enables businesses to monetize their eCommerce web traffic while delivering value to advertisers, sellers, and publishers.

We are seeking a highly experienced RVP Sales EMEA to spearhead the expansion of our retail media activities, leading a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales management and Retail Media.

Your Impact:

As the RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you'll play a pivotal role in building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers. You'll define local go-to-market strategy consistent with Mirakl's objectives and continuously mentor and develop your sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training duties.

You will also support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required. Additionally, you'll develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the eCommerce and Retail Media sector, and report on sales activity and revenue forecast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM: Play a pivotal role in building, leading, and motivating a talented sales team composed of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers.
  • DEFINE LOCAL GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY: Define local go-to-market strategy consistent with Mirakl's objectives.
  • MENTOR AND DEVELOP THE SALES TEAM: Continuous mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties.
  • SUPPORT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES: Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  • DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS: Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the eCommerce and Retail Media sector.
  • REPORT ON SALES ACTIVITY: Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast.

Requirements include 10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry, at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people. Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in French and English are required, with fluency in Spanish being an added advantage.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
