We are seeking an experienced Media Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the healthcare portfolio, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with key clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling bespoke media solutions to professional services businesses, particularly those in the NHS sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the healthcare portfolio
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities to grow our portfolio
  • Sell digital advertising/content solutions and bespoke event sponsorship packages to management consultancies, law firms, legal consultancies, and other general consultancies targeting the NHS
  • Represent a leading brand in the healthcare marketplace and take a client-centric approach to sales, building bespoke digital and event sponsorship packages to suit client objectives
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in b2b multiplatform advertising and event sponsorship sales
  • Strong understanding of the UK NHS market and ability to sell bespoke media solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering new revenue and growing existing client relationships
  • High level of articulation and confidence in presenting complex solutions to clients
  • Naturally resilient and driven individual who can handle challenging client relationships
  • Knowledge of the UK NHS would be an advantage
  • Experience of selling to professional services companies
  • Stable career history with a focus on sales and business development

We estimate the salary for this role to be up to £55,000 basic plus uncapped commission (with a likely minimum of £25,000) based on industry standards and location (London, 2-3 days a week).
