About the Role

We're a leading global security authority disrupting our own category. Our encryption is trusted by major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, and even surgically embedded pacemakers. We help companies put trust to work in the real world.

As RVP, EMEA Channel Sales, you'll lead a team responsible for onboarding, scaling, and leading the selling with and selling through motion with our Partners. Collaborate with all appropriate DigiCert resources to support customer interests.

In this role, you'll manage our Resellers, VARs, and SI relationships in EMEA. Develop these relationships and operationalize them through enablement, training, and account management to build a robust business.

DigiCert People Leadership - You'll lead a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve their goals using our people programs, practices, and policies, including OKR setting, continuous feedback, performance management, career development, and hiring great talent.

Driving Partner Development - Own Partner relationships to maximize sales. Expand Partner Network - develop relationships and alignment at multiple levels - executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers. Drive Partner Sales Execution - lead partner agreements to close multi-year subscription-based deals. Prepare accurate forecasts, build a funnel to cover bookings target, document activities in Salesforce, and perform other tasks necessary to drive revenue and communicate activities to sales management.

Effective Partner Planning - Use disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase account penetration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a digital security/software/technology company (strongly preferred)
  • 4+ years of sales management experience
  • Professional working proficiency in any European language other than English will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
