Job Title: Senior Vice President and Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President and Vice President to lead our risk management efforts in the Technology and Digital Economy domain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy that encompasses Technology, Information Security, Data Security, and the Digital Economy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a risk management framework that aligns with our risk management policies and standards.
  2. Oversee the operationalization of our risk management processes, ensuring seamless implementation and execution.
  3. Champion a culture of rigorous risk management, providing expertise on emerging technologies and their associated risks.
  4. Evaluate strategic initiatives related to digital finance, AI, technology, and data, navigating competing stakeholder needs and driving alignment.
  5. Build and nurture cross-departmental relationships to ensure effective risk management and strategic alignment.
  6. Understand regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions and ensure compliance with our risk management policies and standards.
  7. Develop and present risk reports with insights and updates on risk management matters to Boards, Risk Committees, and Regulatory bodies.
  8. Design and deliver targeted Risk and Digital Economy training to empower our workforce, enhancing the risk management expertise within the first line of defense.
Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of experience specifically related to Technology, Cyber, and Data Governance, operations, and risk & control management, in large enterprise-level environments.
  2. 10+ years of experience building and implementing enterprise risk management processes and frameworks for technology environments; preferably with a financial institution.
  3. 10+ years of leadership and/or management experience in an Agile environment.
  4. Broad-based technology experience, ideally with digital finance and AI included, at substantial scale and complexity in a global, highly regulated environment.
  5. Strong background in navigating product or tool development, specifically focusing on technology and data.
