Job SummaryAs RVP, EMEA Channel Sales, you'll lead a team responsible for onboarding, scaling, and leading the selling with and selling through motion with our Partners. You'll manage Resellers, VARs, and SI relationships in EMEA, developing these relationships and operationalizing them through enablement, training, and account management to build a robust business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve their goals using DigiCert's people programs, practices, and policies.
- Drive Partner Development by owning Partner relationships to maximize sales.
- Expand the Partner Network by developing relationships and alignment at multiple levels – executive sponsors, influencers, and decision makers.
- Drive Partner Sales Execution by leading partner agreements to close multi-year subscription-based deals.
- Use disciplined account planning to maintain client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase account penetration.
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a digital security/software/technology company.
- 4+ years of sales management experience.
- Professional working proficiency in any European language other than English is a plus.
- Track record of driving results faster with a sense of urgency.
- Track record of closing multi-year and subscription-based SaaS deals.
- Proven ability to cultivate strategic relationships and advise on industry insights, best practices, and strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
