About The Role

We are a leading Food Retailer serving customers across the UK with a strong presence in the Supermarket market.

Our business is primarily focused on Food and Grocery products, with a unique approach to Supply Chain Management through our own Manufacturing Facilities.

We are seeking a high-performing Customer Service Manager to help drive our business forward and achieve continued success.

As a result, we need exceptional leaders who can Lead by Example and showcase outstanding Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower colleagues to deliver outstanding Customer Service
  • Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly
  • Ensure Market Leading Availability across the store
  • Work with other Managers to lead a supportive and performance-driven department
  • Manage people routines, including scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations
  • Deliver training to ensure team capability and confidence
  • Enable colleagues to work across various departments
  • Identify and develop talent within the department
  • Build effective relationships with other operating departments
  • Lead colleagues to deliver outstanding performance against targets
  • Take a leadership role within the store
  • Ensure resource is planned thoroughly
