About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate Catering & Retail operations to maximise sales and profitability
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees in the catering team
  • Ensure the team responds to all product enquiries from prospective and current members
  • Deliver agreed KPIs and contribute to the overall success of the business

About You

We are looking for an individual with previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a leisure/health centre environment. You will have a strong background in customer service and administration, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
