Job Description

At Manhattan Associates, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our EMEA TMS (Transport Management) function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Services team, ensuring the success of our TMS business in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance: Establish and manage the executive message to customers, audit key project factors, and serve as escalation point for issue resolution.
  • People Leadership: Act as Comp Planning Manager for EMEA Services, oversee MPower and team completion of Goals, MPOWER Connections, and Year End Reviews, complete Skip Level Reviews, and provide inspirational leadership and coaching to reports.
  • EMEA Services Liaison: Lead EU Liaison, MAI liaison & executive engagement, Cloud Team Liaison, Annual Budgeting, and CSO Liaison.
  • Services Sales Support: Establish and develop positive collaboration between Services and Sales, support with RFP's, project requirements, and take the lead as Services Lead for Sales engagements.
  • Growth and Emerging Markets: Provide oversight to the UK Services team working on Growth and Emerging Markets projects, including resource planning, project escalation, and sales support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Subject matter expert within the software implementation field with proven consulting expertise (TMS, Transport Management knowledge).
  • Cloud/Saas implementation software subject matter expert.
  • Proven end-to-end sales through to implementation experience.
  • Resource planning and management experience with supply chain systems and software implementations.
  • Average travel 50 - 75%.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong engagement management and influencing skills.
  • Solid up-selling skills.
  • Engagement management and influencing skills (C-level executives).
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence with external and internal interpersonal situations.
Language Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.

  • Ability to present and deliver a compelling and persuasive argument on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
