Company Overview:
KPI People Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to enhance our thriving Aftersales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Consultant, your duties will encompass:
  • Welcoming and assisting customers upon arrival.
  • Accurate processing of courtesy vehicle insurance documentation.
  • Providing quotes, introducing, and promoting Service Plans.
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service consistently.

Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Motor Trade Customer Service role.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.

Desirable:
- Experience within a Franchised Dealership.
- Familiarity with Kerridge or Pinnacle systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary of £26,000
- On Target Earnings of £32,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
