Making a positive first impression is crucial. We are looking for an individual who can effectively greet our members and visitors to the facility. It is essential that you possess both confidence and empathy to deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of individuals.

As a Customer Service Receptionist at Nuffield Health, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. You should be adaptable, driven, and demonstrate a proactive approach. Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Word and Excel, is also required.

As a member of the Customer Service Team / Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient operation of our reception and café areas
  • Creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere
  • Delivering exceptional and prompt customer service to all visitors
  • Providing a warm greeting, addressing inquiries in a considerate and helpful manner, ensuring everyone feels appreciated
  • Assisting the café team with the preparation and serving of fresh, nutritious food and beverages
