Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team for a corporate client in a corporate setting. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Directing Visitors: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Phone and Message Management: Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the appropriate recipients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, ensuring it meets the high standards of the corporate client.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry, to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Client and Visitor Support: Provide general assistance and information to clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • General Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and providing general support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and visitors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required to perform administrative tasks.
  • Attitude and Approach: A friendly and approachable attitude is essential to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors.
