Experienced Full-time Office Coordinator

Job Summary
Nicholson McLaren Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced office administrator to support their parts department and daily office functions for their engine build shop.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced business environment, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock control, including ordering, inventory management, and processing parts for in-house projects.
- Maintain risk assessments and health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide administrative support, including data processing, customer service, and liaison with suppliers.
- Support daily office functions, including reception duties, mail management, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation or motorsport industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
