About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator at Page Personnel. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Handle and distribute incoming correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage the department's filing system, maintaining a high level of organization and accessibility.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate channels and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • A strong educational background in Office Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements.
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as independently, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
