Loftware is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to become a part of our Global Sales Operations Team as a Sales Operations Coordinator.
Role Summary:
The Sales Operations team at Loftware delivers essential administrative and functional assistance to both Direct and Channel Sales divisions. Responsibilities may include managing proposals and legal documentation, conducting research on licensing within our install base, and performing various tasks necessary to support enterprise sales on a global scale.
Work Environment: Our ideal candidate will be located near one of our office locations. This role offers a hybrid work model, which may necessitate some in-office presence (1-2 days per week based on team/business requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the documentation of sales opportunities to support enterprise-level business initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of quote documents.
- Oversee and review Statements of Work related to services.
- Generate pricing within internal systems to align with product offerings.
- Act as a liaison with the legal department concerning agreements.
- Coordinate the RFP/RFQ process utilizing the Loopio project management tool.
- Manage the sales queue and respond to calls routed from Technical Support.
- Handle phone and inbound email communications.
- Support account research efforts to identify license deployments and organizational usage.
- Organize quarterly sales meetings and events.
- May involve arranging travel for employees.
- Coordinate event locations and logistics.
- Manage internal meal and concession arrangements.
- Oversee scheduling and meeting invitations, including attendee lists.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the MS-Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a sales or business team environment or equivalent.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to conceptualize content requirements for agreements and contracts.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
- Able to work independently while supporting team responsibilities consistently.
- Competent in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Effective collaboration with virtual teams, including Marketing, Solution Engineers, Sales, and Services.
- Adaptable with a proven ability to adjust to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
