Project Support Coordinator

We are delighted to have partnered with a leading manufacturer of innovative environmental building solutions on their recruitment journey.
Our client is a pioneering company at the forefront of their industry, serving a diverse clientele that includes data centers, energy-efficient facilities, hospitals, universities, and major infrastructure projects.
This is a newly created role within their Special Projects Team, offering a clear career path for individuals with ambition and drive.
As a Project Support Coordinator, you will work closely with various stakeholders, liaising with both internal and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Attend contract meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Coordinate schedules and prepare information for meetings and site visits.
- Manage and report defects.
- Process sample products and materials.
- Compile cost sheets, raise production purchase orders, and handle invoices.
- Gather data for billing purposes.
- Administer project schedules and timelines.
- Assist with surveys and site inspections alongside engineers or project managers.
- Process project documentation and maintain complete records for handover to Project Managers.
- Manage general project and client paperwork.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A good general education, ideally to at least A-level standard.
- Relevant experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
- Some experience and understanding of project work, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High levels of thoroughness, accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to specialized systems.
