This role encompasses various housing management responsibilities, alongside daily client support aimed at empowering individuals to tackle their challenges and achieve favorable results.
If you possess relevant experience in working with at-risk populations or have applicable skills, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. No prior experience? No problem; comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation – Competitive salary plus benefits
Employment Type – Full-time, 39 hours per week
A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for work-related tasks are essential. Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
About You
You will embody the values of Transform in all your interactions. As part of our team, you will serve as a keyworker for designated clients, assisting them in reaching their objectives and living independently while ensuring their safety and effective risk management.
Here are some of your primary responsibilities as a Client Support Coordinator:
- Establishing non-judgmental, professional relationships with clients
- Effectively managing your time to deliver results and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet)
