About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilisation and Resource Allocation: Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to create tailored care packages. Coordinate a consistent and quality-focused rota of carers to meet client requirements.
  • Supervision and Monitoring: Conduct regular phone observations and supervisions with carers to ensure their well-being and performance. Manage any risks or performance issues with the support of Seniors and the Operations Manager.
  • On-Boarding & Interview and Selection: Collaborate with the Talent team to review pipelines and fill current and future hours of care. Conduct screening interviews and assess skills and capabilities in line with client requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care environment, ideally in a support or coordination capacity.
  • Ability to organise Care Worker rotas to minimise changes to the service and provide timely schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and a flexible, constructive approach to carers, clients, and the team.
