About the Role

As a Graduate Project Manager at Jacobs, you will play a key role in the delivery of our service to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting Senior Project Managers to deliver projects successfully by managing the profit and loss across all phases of project activities, including planning and execution. This will involve working on projects that range from small to large in value and scope, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Project Managers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage the profit and loss across all phases of project activities, including planning and execution.
  • Work on projects that range from small to large in value and scope, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Be working towards a relevant degree, such as Project Management, Engineering, Sciences, Construction, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Have good people management skills, good business awareness, and a desire to positively influence project outcomes.
  • Be a flexible self-starter who is keen to drive their career forward.
  • Be adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.
  • Have the permanent right to work in the UK.
