About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Project Manager to join our team at Jacobs. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our projects, working closely with senior project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior project managers in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage profit and loss across all phases of project activities, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development of project management processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements
  • Working towards a relevant degree in Project Management, Engineering, Sciences, Construction, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Permanent right to work in the UK.
