Enterprise Account Director

At TechWolf, our Sales team is the driving force behind our company's growth, responsible for bringing our innovative SaaS solution to new customers and building a strong, sustainable customer base primed for up-sell every day.
Key Responsibilities:- Hunt and close new accounts in assigned territories
- Expand ARR contracts with existing customers as part of total quota
- Exceed quarterly sales targets
- Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders within accounts during complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase timeframes, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with Presales and Solutions Engineering to ensure high client satisfaction
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to VP and C-level executives
- HR tech or data solution background
- Proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies
- Early-stage company experience
- Consistently deliver 6+ figure deals
- Validated quota achiever (top 10% in company) with strong customer references and repeat sales
- Team selling experience
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Based in Belgium or London, with a willingness to work on-site at least 2-3 days per week
