Enterprise Sales Director

Datadog seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our Key Account Executives in driving new business through the full sales cycle. As a seasoned professional, you will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance to your team, helping them close complex Enterprise deals and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Key Account Executives responsible for new bookings from prospecting into a target list of high-potential prospects.
- Achieve annual Enterprise bookings quota with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and manage Key Account Executives' productivity metrics, including deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy.
- Coach Key Account Executives on building executive relationships within target accounts through complex negotiations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to develop targeted messaging and collateral.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 100 companies.
- Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of selling to C-level executives in the IT space.
- Ability to set quotas and manage people against those quotas.
- Passionate about coaching others and has a successful track record as an individual contributor.
