About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to drive sales growth in Northern Europe. As part of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, working closely with the ADR team to ensure timely and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Lead customer-facing activities, including product demonstrations, customer meetings, and account-specific initiatives, promoting Highspot's innovative solutions and value proposition.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders across industries, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in solution sales, preferably within SaaS and disruptive technology providers.
  • A strong track record of consistently building pipeline, landing new logos, and achieving sales growth targets.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining excellent communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Compensation Package

This is a highly competitive offer, with a salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, reflecting the significance of this role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion in Northern Europe.
