Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dementia Practitioner to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. in Romford, Essex. As a registered mental health practitioner, you will conduct assessments, deliver high-quality mental health assessments, and contribute to collaborative discussions around client care.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Conduct assessments of new referrals, gathering relevant information from clients, carers, and families to inform care plans and interventions.
  • Deliver high-quality mental health assessments, focusing on dementia-related conditions and other related concerns in older adults.
  • Participate in regular MDT meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions and ensuring holistic approaches to care planning.
  • Assess and diagnose dementia-related conditions and other mental health concerns in older adults.
  • Hold a professional qualification as a mental health practitioner (e.g., RMN, Social Worker, OT)
  • Have recent experience (within the past 2 years) in a dementia assessment team or memory clinic setting

Salary: We offer a competitive salary up to £19 per hour, recognizing the value you bring to this role.
