Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Social Worker to join our mental health team in Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social care services to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivering specialist mental health support to vulnerable adults and their families.
  2. Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care services.
  3. Conducting assessments and developing care plans to ensure individual needs are met.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reporting to senior staff as required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience of working with vulnerable adults and delivering high-quality support services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified social worker with a current registration with Social Work England. You'll bring social work experience, evidence of continuing professional development, and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.

You will also bring experience of mental health and MDT working along with sound knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Care Act.

This role involves travelling around the Rochford, Rayleigh, and Castle Point area. A driving licence and car - or the ability to meet the mobility requirements of the role through other means - is essential.
