We are looking for an exceptional Mental Health Support Worker to join our Recovery Wellbeing Community Mental Health Team. As a qualified social worker with a current Social Work England registration, you will bring social work experience, evidence of continuing professional development, and capability of practice in accordance with current professional standards.

You will work collaboratively with multiple disciplines, including existing social workers, nursing, psychology, OT, and psychiatry, along with other associated professionals. In this role, you will provide social care services and exemplar social work practice, contributing to change management and continuous improvement.

A driving licence and car, or alternative means, are essential for this role, which involves travelling around the Rochford, Rayleigh, and Castle Point area. A DBS check will be required as part of employment with Essex County Council.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,882 per annum, plus benefits including training and development, flexible working options, and employee wellbeing.
