Are you a Complex Care Support Worker looking for a new role in the community?

We are looking for a team of dedicated and experienced individuals who can support our client who has a spinal cord injury in the comfort of there own home in the Colchester area.

**Due to the nature of the clients needs, this role is for FEMALE applicants only.**

Our client needs round the clock care on a 2:1 basis. Support will start at the end of August so you must be able to commit to starting within this time frame. Shift patterns will be on a 12-hr rotation.

Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Permanent or 0-hour contract basis.

You will need to have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

- Tracheostomy care
- Cough Assist
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

**You must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car.**

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:

- 2 year or more experience as a support worker with complex care experience.
- Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
- Commitment to delivering client specific care.
- Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
