This role will be based in the community supporting children / young adults who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Permanent or 0 hour contract basis.

We are looking for Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

- Tracheostomy care
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
- Ventilation management
- Oral suctioning
- Bowel management
- Nebuliser (NEB)
- Medications

**Required Skills/Qualifications**:
