Job Overview:

About the Role:
This 6-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to work in a dedicated enquiry response team, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to care seekers, families, and health and social care professionals. You will be working closely with our team to provide bespoke care solutions that meet the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Enquiries team* Assist care seekers, families, and health and social care professionals in accessing the right care service for their needs* Utilize excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:
* Empathetic and compassionate approach* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Previous experience in the care industry (desired)* Full training and support provided

Salary: £22, - £23, per annum (pro-rated for part-time hours)
