Service Desk Director

We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Director to join our team at Henderson Scott. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Managed Service support desk and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
The salary range for this position is £50-55K per annum.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of technical support engineers
- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Develop and implement processes to improve service delivery
- Proven experience in managing a support team within an IT MSP
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
