Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our working group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all change plans support customers in vulnerable circumstances.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the working group of representatives across the business to ensure alignment of change plans
- Creating a network of vulnerable customer champions across the business
- Producing assessments and reporting for senior leaders
- Conducting regular reviews and assessments of internal practices
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills with a good understanding of customer journeys
- Ability to work effectively with business areas to develop and review content
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
