Austin Fraser is looking for a Technical Sales Business Developer to join our team in the UK, ROI, or overseas.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets and customer contact goals.
  • Meet with customers to assess their requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Demonstrate products and solutions, including critical monitoring software and particle counters.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and leverage internal and external sales leads.
  • Work with commercial and technical teams to explore new products and opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM systems for sales opportunities and pipeline forecasting.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cleanroom or pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Sales experience of complex systems including hardware and software components.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Formal sales training in complex environments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the industry.

We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits and career progression opportunities.
