Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with commercial clients to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage client inquiries, needs, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster growth through regular client meetings, market research, and networking opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

  • Pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop leads through market analysis, prospecting, and persuasive sales presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional revenue.
  • Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales/business development experience
  • GCSE including Maths (4/C)
  • Previous sales experience
About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team at Cowell Recruitment. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of up to £40,000 (Neg/DOE). Benefits include a pension scheme, 22 days holiday, increasing to 27 days through service, and access to a Healthcare Cash plan.

You will also receive ongoing training and development, further studies paid, and company-funded CII professional qualification.
