Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the North of England and Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Autobag equipment and plastics to meet targets.

Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote Autobag equipment and plastics in the North of England and Scotland to meet targets.
  • Meet machine sales, bag sales, and activity level targets to contribute to the Company's overall sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to present the benefits of the product and meet customer needs.
  • Produce high-quality written proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and trends affecting the Company's growth.
  • Maintain an outstanding level of customer service to secure customer retention and uphold the Company's reputation.
  • Manage and update the Company's customer and prospects database according to industry standards.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • A strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship building.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial awareness skills.
  • Computer literate with experience in developing networks and obtaining referrals.
