As a Business Development Manager for the North of England and Scotland, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our equipment and plastics to meet targets. This includes meeting machine sales, bag sales and activity level targets to contribute to our overall sales objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent relationship and rapport building skills. You should also be computer literate with excellent presentation and communication skills.

Some of your key responsibilities will include producing high-quality written proposals for new business opportunities, creating monthly reports on the marketplace, competition, market trends and opportunities affecting our growth, and maintaining an outstanding level of customer service to secure customer retention and uphold our reputation.

In terms of benefits, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, 25 days paid holiday with 5 additional days awarded for long service, Enhanced Sick Pay and Family Leave, Health Cash Plan, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Discounts Platform, and Cycle to Work Scheme.
