Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director to lead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in support of our business needs and mission.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organization development, or labor relations, and a minimum of 15 years of human resources management experience. They will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategic HR plan, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve HR operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic HR plan that aligns with the company's mission and vision
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve HR operations and develop effective solutions
- Serve on key committees, such as the Governance committee and Legal/HR committee
- Provide guidance on HR procedures related to workplace challenges and change management
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organization development, or labor relations
- Minimum of 15 years of human resources management experience
- Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
- Knowledge in all areas of HR
- Strong analytical skills
