Your Responsibilities
As a National Sales Manager at Kassoe Housing, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, nurturing client relationships, and managing rental properties across the UK.
You will work closely with our Operations Team to oversee property portfolios and ensure high-level service delivery to our clients.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the UK residential real estate market and thrives in an environment that values respect, teamwork, integrity, and camaraderie.
Your key responsibilities and daily actions will include:
- Developing and executing national sales strategies
- Identifying and engaging potential clients and partners
- Managing customer growth, profitability, and expansion into new areas
- Driving new business and maximizing key customer sales
- Leading client acquisition, retention, and sales performance tracking
- Conducting lead generation, cold calling, and site visits
- Negotiating contracts and reviewing sales reports
- Collaborating with Area Managers and supporting the Managing Director
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities
Mandatory Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A comprehensive understanding of the UK residential real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players
- Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing effective national sales strategies that drive growth
- Proven ability to acquire, retain, and nurture client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Experience in leading teams and working seamlessly across departments to achieve business objectives
- Expertise in contract negotiation, coupled with a strong ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
